3. Server Log Files

When you access our website, our hosting provider automatically collects information that your browser transmits. This includes browser type/version, operating system, referrer URL, requested page, IP address, and timestamp. These data are not personally identifiable and are evaluated for website operation and optimization.

  • Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest)
  • Storage period: until the inquiry is fully processed and then deletion, taking statutory retention periods into account (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB)

5. Blog Comment Function

If you leave a comment on a blog post, the data you provide (name, email, comment text) are stored. The email address is stored but not published. The name you provide may be published; you may also use a pseudonym.

  • Storage period: until withdrawal or deletion request
